Portland Commons, a 560,000 SF high performance office development, will be one of Canada’s first new developments targeting LEED Zero Carbon, encouraging a holistic approach to enhancing the health and well-being of it’s occupants and the natural environment. LEED Zero Carbon complements the targeted LEED Platinum certification and recognizes net zero carbon emissions from energy consumption. 

Portland Commons will support tenants’ wellness and sustainability objectives through it’s LEED Platinum design standards and renewable energy source by avoiding carbon and greenhouse gas emissions from building materials, operations and energy consumption.
